My background is in customer service and hospitality, where I developed a strong foundation in user empathy, communication under pressure, and real-time problem solving in high-volume environments. After transitioning into crypto in 2020, I progressed from community contributor to Global Community Manager at Oasis, where I helped develop and lead global community operations.
